ABOUT US
 Adam
Marzec, president of the company, has completed the training
course at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute in
Wisconsin and earned that institute's certification and full
membership status. Home Proof Inspections is since 2001 and
Incorporated in 2004 with Adam Marzec as a president and chairman.
All of our inspectors become ASHI members said Adam Marzec.
The company offers home inspection services on single and multiple
family residences in
the area. ASHI was founded in 1976 and serves as the guide to
home inspection excellence
nationwide. The society requires adherence to a strict Code
of Ethics and Standards of Practice by its members.
Requirements
of certification are several months of rigorous study, performance
of 250 home inspections, passing ASHI examinations, and minimum
of six months as a candidate. Before joining Home Proof Inspections
Inc. as a president , Adam Marzec spent the last three years
as a candidate home inspector and ten years as an appraiser
and renovator of Adel Home Renovation company. He studied at
the Technical College of AGH in Krakow, Poland with the branch
AGH – Czestochowa, Poland and is a licensed Land Surveyor. Before he came to Canada in 1981 he worked in
“Geoproject” Warsaw. He supervised the construction of commercial and residential buildings. He
was also licensed appraiser.
